KORKMAZ ALFA FRYPAN

The Korkmaz Alfa Frypan (24x6cm / 2.7L) is engineered for consistent, professional-level frying, searing, and sauteing results in a compact size suited to smaller portions or a two-person kitchen. It is constructed from 18/10 Cr-Ni stainless steel with a three-layer triplex capsule base — Korkmaz's Solar Base system — which bonds an aluminum core between two layers of stainless steel to maximize thermal conductivity while eliminating hotspots.

The extra-thick, riveted stainless steel handle is engineered to stay cool during stovetop use, and the flat-fitting design of the Alfa line means it stacks compactly for storage. The exterior is mirror-polished and resists discoloration and staining over repeated use.
